 What type of food and drinks will be served?

During the reception, bars will feature hosted beverages including wine, beer, and specialty cocktails with non-alcoholic options available. Passed appetizers will also be available during the reception. 

Dinner will be served upstairs as guests seat for our program. The dinner will feature a three-course meal and wine for the table. Gluten-free and vegan options will be available, please consult your server and note your meal choice and any allergies or dietary restrictions when you register for the event.

First Course
Radish Mosaic Salad (gluten free, vegan) 
Wild arugula, dill, mint, lemon-infused olive oil & sea salt

Entree Options (select one during registration) 
Melted Leeks & Chicken
Sea salt crusted chicken, Provençal butter, coppa wrapped leeks, creamy farro and sweet pepper vinaigrette

Peppercorn Seared Chinook Salmon (gluten free) 
Duck fat potatoes, spinach, pickled shallot, radish & apple slaw

Miso Risotto (vegan, gluten-free)
Char siu eggplant, bok choy, fried shallot & garlic, scallions and sesame

Dessert (alternating) 
Apple Rose (gluten-free, vegan)
Apricot pastry, rhubarb gastrique, crème patisserie & blooms

Citron
Grapefruit Cream, lemon mousse cake, Swiss meringue, candied peel & herbs
